Over 120 years combined
industry experience uniquely qualify TEI's staff to independently
manage fuels and lubricants formulation testing on-site.
Since approximately 75% of the independent lubricants testing
qualification programs are conducted in San Antonio labs,
it just makes sense to utilize a representative who maintains
regular contact with PerkinElmer Automotive Research and
Southwest Research Institute.
TEI's Test Program Management
includes on-site visits for an additional degree of support
for your tests. TEI representatives are in the labs almost
daily and provide test status reports tri-weekly. The staff
at TEI understands the subtleties and intricacies of both
the engine and bench tests required to demonstrate and assess
additive performance relative to both domestic and international
specifications. In the event that questions arise concerning
your test, you already have a local representative at TEI.
At times, the backlog in the labs can cause test starts
to be delayed for weeks or even months.
TEI's confirmed test space
commitments may allow our staff to secure space sooner resulting
in more timely test completion and results. TEI's familiarity
with the CMA Code of Practice and the ATC Code of Practice,
including the test registration process, in-house rating
expertise, knowledge of build-up and operational requirements,
and extensive experience with the test hardware uniquely
qualifies our staff to expertly manage all facets of your
particular test program.
TEI handles the logistics
and all costs associated with the delivery of oil samples
to the appropriate test facilities. TEI provides Test Program
Management for fuels, lubricants, gear oils and greases,
ATF'S, hydraulic fluids, or virtually any other petrochemical
fluid. Expeditious test reports, concise results interpretation
and complete anonymity if required are all part of TEI's
high level of confidential service.
